5 Strategies Iron Man would do to grow business in 2023
Author: Michael Nguyen
If you weren’t living under a rock, you would see 2022 is a pretty tough year for the US economy as well as the global economy.
Based on the massive success of Iron Man’s Stark Industry, it doesn’t hurt to ask Iron Man what he would do differently to grow business in 2023.
There are several challenges that businesses may face when trying to do business in 2023:
Weakening demand: people tend to have less disposable income and may be more hesitant to make big purchases, leading to a decrease in demand for goods and services.
Competition: With so many businesses struggling, it can be tough to differentiate yourself and convince customers to choose your business over others.
Financial strain: It can be difficult to get the funding you need to invest in marketing, R&D, or even just to keep the lights on.
Difficulty attracting new customers: When the economy is in a downturn, people may be more hesitant to try out new businesses or take a chance on something unfamiliar.
Retaining existing customers: It can be tough to keep customers loyal, as they may be looking for ways to save money and may be more likely to switch to a cheaper alternative.
I thought it would be interesting to ask Iron Man what he would do to grow business in 2023. If you followed Iron Man, here are a few potential strategies that he would consider:
Utilize technology: Tony Stark is known for being a brilliant inventor and innovator, so he might try to leverage his technological expertise to differentiate his business from the competition and attract new customers.
Innovate: Tony is always looking for ways to push the boundaries and come up with new ideas, so he might try to innovate and come up with new products or services that meet the needs of customers.
Diversify: Tony might consider diversifying his business and expanding into new markets or industries to mitigate the risks of relying on a single product or service.
Collaborate: Tony has a knack for forming partnerships and alliances, so he might try to collaborate with other businesses or organizations to pool resources and expertise, and potentially grow his business.
Stay resilient: Despite the challenges, Tony is known for his determination and resilience. He might try to stay focused and adaptable, and continue to work hard to grow his business despite the difficult economic conditions.
I second Iron Man’s 2nd strategy of using innovation to attract new customers, retain existing ones, and reactivate lost ones WITHOUT spending money on ads, poking around with marketing funnels, and creating endless content on TikTok.
What I do differently is to help my clients instantly make their products almost irresistible so that it’s a no-brainer for their customers to not buy.

Overall, doing business in 2023 can be a difficult and challenging experience, but with the right strategies and a little bit of luck, it is possible to weather the storm and come out even stronger on the other side.
