The famous researcher, speaker, and author Brene Brown said, “A deep sense of BELONGING is a need of ALL people.  We are biologically, cognitively, physical, and spiritually wired to belong.”  EVERY person on this planet is looking for a place to belong, where they feel accepted and comfortable. 

You SHOULD be able to state your mission and beliefs clearly and concisely.  As an example, Whole Foods simply says, “Our mission is to nourish people and the planet.”  Everyone can understand that, and the word nourish has a very positive connotation doesn’t it?  You can tell that they’re all about eating healthily.

That’s why it’s important to share what you stand for via the Mission Statement Video to indoctrinate your own mission & belief to your customers.

How To Implement This Strategy

  1. Brainstorm what your mission and belief are. It doesn’t have to be complicated. You can follow this template, “We believe passionately that…” and then fill in the blanks. 
  2. Create a short video to tell your customers about what you believe passionately
  3. Set up your Mission Statement email into your email client and send it.
